Terms of service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to StraSync software and workspaces operated by StraSync. By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization. Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com as merchant of record, as described below.

The service
StraSync is a cloud-based agency operating system providing modules for leads, clients, projects, tickets, files, invoices, team management, and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan and role permissions.
Merchant of record & checkout
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means Paddle is the legal seller for StraSync subscription purchases. Paddle processes payments, collects applicable sales tax or VAT, issues checkout receipts and tax invoices, and handles payment-related buyer support for those transactions. StraSync provides the software service after your subscription is active.
Your purchase of a StraSync subscription is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and checkout terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) to the extent they apply to your transaction. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Paddle's buyer terms regarding payment, tax, refunds, or chargebacks, Paddle's buyer terms govern the transaction and Paddle's role as merchant of record.
Accounts & workspaces
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Each workspace is a separate tenant; the account owner and administrators are responsible for users they invite and data entered into that workspace.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws applicable to your agency and clients.
Subscription plans
StraSync may offer free, trial, and paid subscription tiers with different limits, such as seats, storage, modules, or usage caps. Plan names, prices, and features are shown at checkout or in your billing settings and may change with notice.
Current paid plans include Starter (up to 5 team members) and Growth (up to 30 team members). Prices, currency, and taxes are displayed at checkout before you pay.
Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the first charge. Checkout clearly states trial length, recurring price, billing interval, renewal date, and total due so you can provide informed consent before subscribing.
Plans may differ by:
- Number of team members or seats
- Available modules and integrations
- Storage, monitors, or API limits
- Support level and onboarding options
Payments & billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). By completing checkout, you authorize Paddle, as merchant of record, to charge your payment method for the initial purchase and each automatic renewal until you cancel.
Displayed prices may exclude or include tax depending on your location. Paddle calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar transaction taxes where required. The total amount shown at checkout is the amount Paddle will attempt to charge.
You must provide accurate billing and contact information at checkout. Payment failures may result in retries by Paddle, past-due status, suspension of premium access, or cancellation after notice.
Plan upgrades, downgrades, and seat changes may result in prorated charges or credits according to Paddle and StraSync billing rules shown at the time of change. Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated during checkout.
StraSync subscription fees are separate from any invoices or payments you track inside your workspace for your own clients. Client billing features in StraSync do not process StraSync subscription payments.
For payment receipts, invoices, chargebacks, and payment disputes relating to your StraSync subscription purchase, Paddle acts as merchant of record. Product support for using StraSync is provided by StraSync at support channels listed on our website.
Refunds & chargebacks
Refund eligibility for StraSync subscription purchases is handled by Paddle as merchant of record in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at billing@strasync.app and we will help review your workspace subscription status. Payment refund requests may be processed by Paddle according to its policies and your transaction receipt.
Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting support first may result in suspension of workspace access while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
Cancellation & changes
You may cancel or change your plan through StraSync billing settings or by contacting billing@strasync.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features typically continues until the end of the current billing period already paid for.
To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date shown in billing settings or on your Paddle receipt. Deleting your workspace account does not automatically cancel an active Paddle subscription unless cancellation is completed through the billing flow.
We may modify or discontinue plans, features, or pricing with reasonable notice. Material adverse changes to paid subscribers will be communicated before they take effect on renewal where practicable.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse StraSync, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the platform, uploading malware, scraping without permission, reselling the service without agreement, or using the product for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.
Client & agency data
You retain ownership of data you upload to your workspace. You grant StraSync a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.
You are the data controller for client records you manage in StraSync. You must have a lawful basis to process client data and, where required, provide your own privacy notices to your clients.
Intellectual property
StraSync, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership rights, only a limited right to use the service during an active subscription or trial.
Availability & support
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and events outside our control may cause temporary disruption.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of StraSync.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to StraSync in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.
Termination
You may stop using StraSync at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; export windows may be offered where feasible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StraSync operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as we introduce subscription plans, payment providers, or new product areas. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. Material changes to paid customers will be notified before renewal where practicable.
